Endlich geht es wieder los – morgen starten wir in das Wintersemester 21/22! Nach drei digitalen Semestern finden die Lehrveranstaltungen wieder auf dem Campus statt – alle wichtigen Infos zum Präsenzbetrieb, Corona-Regelungen haben wir für euch hier einmal zusammengefasst:

• 3G-Modus: Der Zutritt zu Uni-Gebäuden ist nur geimpften, genesenen oder getesteten Personen erlaubt. In den Hörsälen 1-4 und dem Audimax wird dies durch einen externen Dienstleister kontrolliert. In Seminarräumen und Hörsaal 5 wird die Kontrolle durch die Lehrpersonen durchgeführt.
• Solange sich der Landkreis Lüneburg in keiner Corona-Warnstufe befindet (Inzidenz unter 50), besteht allerdings keine Verpflichtung, die Nachweise zu kontrollieren. Aber: Ihr habt das Recht, diese Kontrolle einzufordern! Auch wenn die Kontrolle etwas Zeit vor der Veranstaltung in Anspruch nimmt, kann nur so die Sicherheit für alle gewährt werden. Gerade für Personen aus der Risikogruppe oder mit Angehörigen/Mitbewohner*innen aus der Risikogruppe ist die Sicherstellung des 3G-Status unter allen Teilnehmer*innen enorm wichtig.
• Macht also gerne von eurem Recht Gebrauch und fordert die Kontrolle der 3G Regel von euren Lehrpersonen ein. Wenn alle etwas früher erscheinen und den Impf-, Test- oder Genesenennachweis digital parat haben, kann die Kontrolle unkompliziert ablaufen und alle Teilnehmer*innen mit einem guten Gefühl den Raum betreten. Dafür müsst ihr nur eine kurze Mail an eure Lehrperson schicken. Auf der AStA Website gibt es eine Mail-Vorlage, in die ihr nur die Info zur Veranstaltung ergänzen müsst.
• Weitere Maßnahmen: Es besteht eine Maskenpflicht auch am Platz, wenn der Abstand von 1,5 Metern nicht eingehalten werden kann. Außerdem sollten alle gemeinsam an die regelmäßige Lüftung der Räume denken!
• Tests: Bis zum 22. Oktober sind die Tests für Studierende noch kostenlos. Danach wird ein Test voraussichtlich ca. 13€ kosten. Die Teststation am Campus bleibt weiterhin bestehen.
• Impftermin: Am 2. November gibt es eine weitere Möglichkeit, sich impfen zu lassen. Von 9 bis 16 Uhr im Zentralgebäude.
• Arbeitsplätze am Campus: Zum Arbeiten und Aufhalten zwischen euren Veranstaltungen könnt ihr sowohl in den Lesesaal der Bib, als auch in freie Seminarräume (Belegung über MyStudy einsehbar). Außerdem stehen Arbeitsplätze im Zentralgebäude und in Gebäude 14 zur Verfügung.

Welcome to the new semester! 🥳

It’s finally happening again – tomorrow we start the winter semester 21/22! After three digital semesters, classes will be held on campus again – we have summarised all the important information about attendance and corona regulations for you here:

👉 3G mode: Access to university buildings is only permitted to vaccinated, recovered or tested persons. In lecture halls 1-4 and the Audimax, this is controlled by an external service provider. In seminar rooms and lecture hall 5, the control is carried out by the teaching staff.
👉 As long as the district of Lüneburg is not in a corona warning stage (incidence below 50), however, there is no obligation to check the evidence. But: You have the right to demand this control! Even if the control takes some time before the event, this is the only way to ensure safety for everyone. Especially for people from the risk group or with relatives/roommates from the risk group, ensuring the 3G status among all participants is enormously important.
👉 So feel free to exercise your right and ask your teachers to check the 3G rule. If everyone arrives a little earlier and has their vaccination, test or recovery certificate digitally at hand, the check can be carried out without complications and all participants can enter the room with a good feeling. All you have to do is send a short email to your teacher. There is a mail template on the AStA website (https://www.asta-lueneburg.de/wp-content/uploads/Mailvorlage-3G-Kontrolle.docx) where you only have to add the information about the event.
👉 Further measures: Masks are also compulsory in the square if the distance of 1.5 metres cannot be kept. In addition, everyone should remember to ventilate the rooms regularly!
👉 Tests: Until 22 October, the tests are still free of charge for students. After that, a test is expected to cost around 13€. The test station on campus will remain open.
👉 Vaccination appointment: On 2 November there will be another opportunity to get vaccinated. From 9 am to 4 pm in the Central Building.
👉 Workplaces on campus: To work and stay between your courses, you can go to the reading room of the library as well as to free seminar rooms (occupancy can be viewed via MyStudy). Workplaces are also available in the Central Building and in Building 14.
