Dear students,

Below you will find all the information you need to order and cancel your Deutschlandticket at the student discount of €31.

The reduced ticket is only valid in conjunction with your semester ticket!

Order:

The Deutschlandticket can be ordered on the Transdev website via this link.

To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Order your ticket via the link above.
2. Make a note of the “Application ID”
3. Download the so called “Fahrplaner” app
4. Create an account with the email you provided when ordering the ticket
5. The ticket should appear there within a few days

!!! Unfortunately, technical problems and delays appear quite often during the ordering process. We will do our best to support you, but we hope you understand that we have no influence on this.

If you have any problems, please try to contact Transdev directly and provide your application ID, name and date of birth.

Cancellation:

The subscription can always be cancelled by the 10th of the previous month. You will need the contract number for this. You can either find it in the app or call the Transdev AboCenter on 01806 511511 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, Sat, 8am-2pm). Calling this telephone number costs 20 cents incl. VAT from a landline, or max. 60 cents incl. VAT from a mobile phone.

You can then send a cancellation email to stating your contract number.
We recommend you to send them a Mail in German as follows:

Sehr geehrte Transdev GmbH,

hiermit kündige ich den mit Ihnen bestehenden Vertrag bezüglich meines Deutschlandtickets ordentlich und fristgerecht zum XY.XY.20XY oder zu nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Der Vertrag läuft über folgende Daten: Contract Number; Last Name, Name.

Bitte bestätigen Sie mir den Erhalt dieser Kündigung und das Aufhebungsdatum des Vertrages.
