Anti-war demonstration on 31.08.

September 1 marks the 80th anniversary of the day on which Nazi Germany began the Second World War by invading Poland.
As a reminder of the devastation of war, this day has been rededicated as Anti-War Day. Together with you, we want to join the people demonstrating nationwide this year to protest against armament, war and displacement.
Peace is everyone’s business. Without it, there can be neither human rights nor social and ecological progress. While war and arms exports are the main causes of flight, the rearmament plans of the German government,
EU and NATO mean that billions are lacking for public investment in social measures, ecological restructuring, culture and public services of general interest such as health, care and education.
Last year, a remarkable and comprehensive alliance from all areas of society was formed. Students, environmental activists, trade unionists, refugee aid workers, anti-fascists, etc. all took to the streets together for peace in Lüneburg. We want to build on that again this year!
Come to the demonstration on the occasion of Anti-War Day:
