Due to the severely restrictive living conditions and the high level of psychological stress, the Senate actually ADOPTED the EXEMPTION RULES FOR THE COMING EXAM PERIOD IN THE WINTER SEMESTER 2020/21!
In our case, this means:
UP TO TWO EXAMS EVALUATED AS “FAILED” IN THIS SEMESTER ARE NOT CALCULATED INTO THE NUMBER OF FAILED EXAMS AVAILABLE! The free attempts can be applied to all forms of examination, but not both free attempts on one module. Excluded from this are examinations that have been assessed as “failed” due to attempted cheating and final theses. If students fail more than two examinations, they may choose which examinations they would like to apply the free attempts to.
It was also decided:
- All examinations can be submitted digitally. If someone prefers to submit the submissions in paper form, this is also possible.
- The deregistration period of 3 days for the examinations remains unchanged.
Due to the severely limiting life circumstances and the high psychological stress, the FREE ATTEMPT RULE FOR THE UPCOMING EXAMINATION PHASE was ADOPTED in the Senate!
In our case, that means:
UP TO TWO EXAMINATIONS ASSESSED AS “FAILED” this semester will NOT be COUNTED AGAINST THE NUMBER OF FAILURE ATTEMPTS AVAILABLE! Free attempts may be applied to all forms of examinations, but not both free attempts on the same module. Examinations that have been graded as “failed” due to cheating and final thesis are excluded. If students fail more than two examinations, they are allowed to choose which examinations to apply the free attempts to.
It was also decided:
- All term papers can be submitted digitally. If someone prefers to submit the deliverables in hardcopy form, this is also possible.
- The cancellation period of 3 days for the examinations remains unchanged.
