The altonale and the STAMP Festival will take place from 24 May to 9 June 2024. This year we are celebrating our 25th anniversary!

Bringing culture to unusual places, creating accessible offers and providing high-quality culture – this combination of urban festival, cultural programme and art makes the altonale festivals unique.

We are looking for committed and outgoing “Kulturbotschafter*innen” for the festival period from 24 May to 9 June 2024.

Your task:
Since 2018, altonale’s motto has been: “Pay What You Want – mach es möglich!”. We want to give everyone access to culture. “Mach es möglich” means that the altonale does not charge a fixed entrance fee, but that everyone pays what they want or can.
You talk to the visitors and explain the “Pay What You Want” concept to them. You convince them that their contribution is what makes the altonale events possible and collect the voluntary donations.

We offer:

• An hourly wage of 13 euros on a fee basis
• A 3% share of your collected income
• A warm meal and drinks during your working hours

You:

• are communicative & open-minded
• have an interest in culture, community and participation
• have experience with promotion (desirable)
• are available at weekends or on selected days during the festival period
