From Monday onwards, all courses must be streamed online as soon as students express the need to do so. We have prepared an email template for you to send to the lecturers. If you wish to remain anonymous, please send it to the relevant dean’s office with the relevant course details.

The Mail address of the Student Deans can be found on the homepage of your corresponding faculty. You can find the Student dean who is responsible for your degree here.

Mail template to lecturers:

Dear XY,

I am writing to you regarding your course entitled XXXX. In accordance with the new guidelines of the Presidium, which were announced in the Presidium mail of 25th of November to all students and teachers, I would like to ask you to set up a passive online participation option for your course. Furthermore, I would be glad if you could enable me to participate actively in your course in addition to passive online participation. Many thanks and best regards

I am writing to you regarding the course entitled XXXX by Mr*Mrs XXXX. In accordance with the new guidelines of the Presidium, which were announced in the Presidium email of 25th of November to all students and lecturers, I would like to ask you to ask Mr*Mrs XXX to set up a possibility of passive online participation for the course. Furthermore, I would be pleased if it is possible for Mr*Mrs XXX to enable me to actively participate in the event in addition to passive online participation.
