What are the responsibilities of the StuPa chair?

• Organization and management of the meetings of the student parliament
• Communication and organization with the members of the student parliament, the members of the committees, the university ombudsperson, the student senators and the AStA spokespersons
• Preparation and publication of tenders
• Maintenance of the homepage and the resolution database
• External representation and central point of contact for the student parliament
• Communication of the most important meeting results to the university public
• Attending appointments with the Presidential Board of the University if necessary

What should you bring with you?

• Ability to work in a team
• Enjoy chairing meetings and general correspondence
• Very good knowledge of German
• Interest in possibly taking over the office for the next legislative period in the longer term

You would be part of an existing team with two chairpersons and support them at least until the end of May. After that, you will have the opportunity to continue the term of office for another year together with new chairpersons.

There will be a monthly expense allowance of €320 for the work of the StuPa Chair.

An application is possible until the time of the election. The member is elected by the Student Parliament. The election will take place on April 16, 2025.
