Student assistants for the Quality Development Department – Team Q

For the Quality Development Department – Team Q – we are looking for student assistants with 20-40 hours per month (by arrangement) with immediate effect and on a long-term basis.

We currently require support in the areas of evaluation and accreditation, in particular for the system surveys. While the course evaluation (LVE) is intended for the assessment of teaching in individual courses, the system surveys focus on entire study programmes and the general conditions of the degree programme. The system surveys currently used at Leuphana University include the interim survey (survey of current students), the graduation survey (survey of former students) and the alumni survey (survey of graduates approx. 3-5 years after graduation).

What you can expect:

  • Research (e.g. on study progression, challenges, transition management, comparative data, etc.)
  • Creating/revising questionnaires in EvaSys (also in English)
  • Advertising for participation in the surveys
  • Preparation of quantitative results in Excel
  • Anonymisation of qualitative results and further analysis if necessary
  • Creating results reports in Adobe Professional and Word
  • Preparation and follow-up of events, support in creating presentations and information material
  • If interested, also support the course evaluation department and Shift! as a qualitative evaluation tool
