Would you like to help other people and grow yourself at the same time? As a team leader at the international work camp in Germany, you have the chance to do just that!

As a team leader, you will support the work camp volunteers during the two weeks, helping them to orientate themselves in an unfamiliar environment or in a foreign country and enabling the international group to live together independently. During the two weeks, you will support a local, charitable project as a group and make new international friends. An unforgettable experience!

Teamers are the connecting element between the international group, the organising work camp organisation and the local project partner. You will receive an expense allowance and reimbursement of travel expenses.
