Aufgaben

• Belegprüfung im Januar 2025(nimmt ca. 1 Tag in Anspruch)
• eine unvermutete Barkassenprüfung (+kurzerBericht an das StuPa /ca. 1Stunde)

Insbesondere die Überprüfung

• der Einhaltung des Wirtschaftsplans
• Richtigkeit des Jahresabschlusses und Vermögensverzeichnisses
• ordnungsgemäße wirtschaftliche Haushaltsführung unter den Aspekten der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Sparsamkeit

Anforderungen

• gut mit Zahlen umgehen können
• idealerweise kaufmännisches Wissen
• zuverlässig sein
• aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht Mitglied des StuPas und des aktuellen bzw. letzten AStA sein(2023/24)

Tasks

• Receipt audit in January 2025 (takes approx. 1 day)
• An unexpected cash audit (+ short report to the StuPa / approx. 1 hour)

In particular the review

• compliance with the business plan
• accuracy of the annual financial statements and the statement of assets and liabilities
• proper financial management in terms of economic efficiency and economy

Requirements

• be good with numbers
• ideally have commercial knowledge
• be reliable
• not be a member of the StuPa, current or last AStA for legal reasons (2023/24)
