• Aufstellung des Wirtschaftsplanes (Ansatz,Nachtragshaushalt(e) und Jahresabschluss)
• Verantwortung für die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kassenführung der Servicebetriebe
• Teilnahme an AStA – sowie StuPa-Sitzungen und Sitzungen des Finanzausschusses (u.a. zur Beratung und Beschlussfassung des Wirtschaftsplanes und Überprüfung finanzieller und juristischer Folgen)
• Liquiditätsplanung und Beaufsichtigung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Buchhalter*innen
• Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen mit Auswirkungen auf die Finanzlage der Studierendenschaft
• Kontakt zu den Verfügungsberechtigten für einzelne Kostenstellen
• Zusammenarbeit in einem wundervollen Team!

Was wünschen wir uns von dir?

• kaufmännische und buchhalterische Vorkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse über die Struktur der verfassten Studierendenschaft
• Begeisterung für ehrenamtliches Engagement
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit ,aber auch zum eigenständigen Arbeiten
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Der*Die AStA-Finanzreferent*in erhält für ihr*sein ehrenamtliches Engagement
eine monatliche Aufwandsentschädigung von derzeit 960,00 € (brutto).
→ Die Einarbeitungszeit erstreckt sich bis einschließlich Januar 2025.

Am 14.10. wird um 14:30 ein Workshop für das Amt angeboten(C9.109).

Der*Die AStA-Finanzreferent*in wird vom StudentInnenparlament gewählt.
Die Wahl wird am 23.Oktober 2024 ab 16:00 Uhr stattfinden.

Do you fancy …

• Preparation of the business plan (budget, supplementary budget(s) and annual financial statements)
• Responsibility for the economic efficiency and cash management of the service companies
• Participation in AStA and StuPa meetings and meetings of the Finance Committee (e.g.to discuss and adopt the business plan and review financial and legal consequences)
• Liquidity planning and supervision in cooperation with the accountants
• Supporting change processes with impact on the financial situation of th estudent body
• Contact with the authorized persons for individual cost centers
• Collaboration in a wonderful team!

What are we looking for from you?

• Previous commercial and accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of the structure of the student body
• Enthusiasm for voluntary work
• Ability to work in a team, butal so to work independently
• Communication skills and reliability

The AStA Finance Officer receives a monthly allowance of currently € 960.00
(gross) for their voluntary work.
→ The training period extends up to and including January 2025.
